During the design phase, we support the customer in choosing the optimal material compatible with project specifications.
Many of the available polymers can be filled with reinforcing materials (glass fibre, talc, etc.) or treated with chemical additives for specific requirements (antimicrobial, anti-UV, etc.).
Our research and development department, drawing on years of accumulated experience, is able to support the customer throughout the design and geometry optimisation process, and to assist them in the subsequent stages of mould production and finished-product testing.

Elletipi is a future-oriented company, with projects that continuously evolve and are monitored daily in order to improve its environmental responsibility.
The company's production area is equipped with a modern adiabatic cooling system that enhances energy efficiency, supported by the company's ability to self-generate electricity – up to 800 kW – thanks to a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system.
The company also has a recovery system for waste plastic materials, enabling them to be recycled within the production process.
